The skin around the eyes is thin and delicate, making it susceptible to wrinkles, dark circles, and other signs of ageing. Lifestyle can also play a big part in ageing our eye area, for example, the more time spent indoors with our eyes glued to our screens the more we tend to notice signs of fatigue, such as; tired eyes, dark circles, under eye bags and puffiness. 

While there may be a wide range of causes for these concerns, here are our top 10 tips and tricks to assist in the prevention of ageing around your eyes:

  2. Keep hydrated: Keeping your skin hydrated on the inside and out may mean avoiding excess caffeine intake and long periods in the sun, as well as increasing your water consumption to keep your skin (especially around the eye area) happy, healthy, and hydrated. 

  3. Improve your sleep quality: It might be hard to get ‘more’ sleep but getting a good quality of sleep is better than nothing.
