Orders placed before 10AM AEST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 10AM AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
All orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.
Please note that during peak periods, such as sales, promotions or holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
How can I track my order?

What shipping courier do you use? Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Victoria warehouse.
Within Australia, we use Australia Post for both standard and express deliveries.
For New Zealand, standard orders are sent via Australia Post International, and express orders are shipped with DHL Express.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

We’ll liaise with our shipping partners and ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you’ve had a change of mind, products may be returned to us in their original condition, unopened and unused, to qualify for a refund or an exchange of equal or greater value.
We’re unable to accept products that appear to have been used.

How do I return or exchange a product?
To request a return, please email service@sumanurica.com with your order number and the details of your return request. Requests must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Our customer care team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please ensure products are returned in a properly sealed parcel. Return shipping fees are at the cost of the sender unless otherwise stated. We recommend using registered post, as SumaNurica cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

What if I receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item?
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at service@sumanurica.com. Once confirmed, we will issue you a prepaid return label. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition, after which your correct item will be shipped to you.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email our team with a photo and description of the issue. Once assessed, we will offer either a full refund or replacement.

Can I return a product I’ve used?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless the item is found to be faulty or defective.
