SumaNurica Website – Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your SumaNurica order. It is our aim to provide you with products of the highest quality and standard, however, as part of our commitment to ensure you are satisfied, we offer a 30 day return policy in accordance with the below process:
Change of mind
If you have had a change of mind, products must be returned to us in the original condition; unopened and unused, to qualify for a refund or an exchange (of equal or greater value). We cannot accept products that we believe have been reasonably used.
Incorrect item
If you have received a product that is different to what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible. Once confirmed, we will issue you a return label. The products must be returned to us in their original condition; unopened and unused. We will then advise new shipping details for the product you originally purchased.
Damaged or faulty products
If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged, please email us as soon as possible with photos and description of the issue. Once the issue has been assessed, you will either be entitled to a full refund or an exchange. Your rights under this Return and Refund Policy are in addition to the any rights and remedies you may have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Email Return Request
Please email service@sumanurica.com with your Order # and return request details. Requests must be received within 30 days of delivery date. Our Customer Service team will provide details on how to proceed.
2. Return the Item
Please ensure the products are returned in a properly sealed parcel. Return shipping fees are at the cost of the recipient unless stated otherwise. We recommend that you return the products via registered post, as SumaNurica is not liable for any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit.
3. Refund or Exchange
Please allow 3 business days for returns to be processed once delivered.
Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping. Shipping fees may be applicable. You will receive a confirmation email notification once your replacement or exchanged item has been posted.
Refunds (minus original shipping fee) will be processed back to the original payment method used. This may take up to 5 business days to reflect back on your account depending on your financial institution.
